One year ago today, we moved in.

Happy anniversary, house.

Got out of class today, and my brain is all goners. My American Lit II exam kicked my butt, and EECS was boring, as per usual. Walking to and from campus kind of kicked my butt after several months of taking the bus.

My portion of the office has successfully made the trip to the basement. All hail extra tables, extension cords, and plenty of extra room. It's so nice... Fucking upgrading a hard drive on a Dell is more trouble than it's worth. I mean, I lucked out and snagged a new 120 gig hard drive at Best Buy for fifty bucks thanks to the fact that the Seagate drive is still on sale at the website. It appears they're working on something sewer-related at the end of our alley. At least, I hope they're working on something sewer-related. If that's not what's going on, then my toilets are about to explode. I can think of no other earthly explanation for my drains to sound like the steam whistle up on campus.

If I've said it once, I've said it at least four or five times: I hate all-day festivals. Mainly because they're usually in the summer, and it's ungodly hot. Fuck being out in the heat all day.
